Greenview recognises the importance of BIM (Building Information Modelling) and how the correct documentation can save time and money. Through the use of Revit a 3D state of the art modelling program our multidiscipline engineering designs are documented together in the same model and clash detection is carried out while being documented. This allows for high level of co-ordination between services, to develop the right solution for your project.

Greenview generally documents to LOD 300 a BIM standard throughout the industry. Detailing to LOD 300 means the Model Element is graphically represented within the Model as a specific system, object, or assembly in terms of quantity, size, shape, location, and orientation. This level of documentation has proven successful in achieving a high level of co-ordinated accuracy for our clients
